We offer complimentary ground shipping on all US orders and returns. This excludes orders of necklace extenders (unless combined with a purchase of jewelry).
If your delivery is over $100 we require a signature. This is regardless of any waivers you may have with any shipping company (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
These requirements are for your protection and can not be waived by Adina Reyter. Please note we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping Rates
International shipping rates/ duties & taxes will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to all international orders:
- The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.
- Prices and shipping fees do not include brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Adina Reyter is not responsible for brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and any other associated fees.
- All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- All international orders regardless of payment method are subject to order verification.
- For product returns, the purchaser is the exporter from the destination country and is responsible for compliance with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to Adina Reyter upon Adina Reyter’s receipt of the returned product. All costs of return must be prepaid by the purchaser.
Returns & Exchanges
It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please follow the steps below to return or exchange your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label at no charge (for US purchases over $150 only). All returns or exchanges must be in original, unworn condition with all tags on the items to qualify for return or exchange. Returns must be initiated within 7 days after receiving the order.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the purchaser’s name and Order ID within 7 business days of receiving your item. All returns must be received within 14 business days of receiving the item.
- Once approved for a return/exchange, you will receive an email with a Return Authorization Number, instructions for returning your item, and a shipping label. We will not accept packages without a Return Authorization Number, required paperwork or packaging.
- Once the return is received by our warehouse, it may take 5 – 10 business days for your return/exchange to be processed by a representative.
Please note that all personalized/engraved or custom items are not eligible for a return or exchange. All merchandise must in new, unworn condition.
* International returns or exchanges: Shipping, customs, and other taxes on international returns or exchanges must be paid fully by the customer.
