Return for Refund:
-We accept returns for refund within 72 hours of the delivery date.
-To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
-Archive sale items, engraved items, special orders and gift cards are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or store credit.
Please use our Return Portal to initiate a return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, less shipping and handling fees. Note that products may be subject to a 15% refinishing fee if returned in less than perfect condition.
Please allow 5-7 business days upon delivery to process your return.
Return for Store Credit:
We accept store credit requests within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Please use our Return Portal to initiate your return for store credit.
Store credit will be issued within 5-7 days of receiving your return via gift code email. Note that products may be subject to a 15% refinishing fee if returned in less than perfect condition.
Adina Reyter reserves the right to deny any return or refund and to update our return policies at our discretion.
All International purchases are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for refunds, exchanges or store credit.
If you’ve received an item as a gift, you may return it for store credit in the form of a gift card, as long as the item meets the return criteria outlined in our return policy.
-If you have a packing slip with an Order Number and ZIP Code, you can easily obtain your store credit by accessing our Return Portal

Adina Reyter offers repairs for jewelry purchased within one year*. We will cover all costs of repair if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect within the first year.** If the damage is due to customer handling, a repair fee may be incurred. Repairs are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and additional charges may apply. Allow 4 - 6 weeks for all repairs.
To initiate a repair, please follow the steps below:
1. Email hello@adinareyter.com noting the reason for your repair and the name of the purchaser. A customer service representative will contact you within 2 business days.
2. If approved, you will receive an email with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for shipping your repair. A repair form must be included in your package.
3. Once your repair is complete, a customer care representative will provide you with a tracking number for your shipment. Please note a $12 shipping fee will apply.
*If your jewelry was purchased through one of our approved retailers and is damaged within one year of purchase, please contact the retailer to coordinate the repair.
**Please do not resize our rings as it may compromise the setting. If you do have a ring resized, we are not responsible for any damages caused to the ring.
