An item may be returned for a full refund or exchange if it meets all of the following criteria:
- Item return initiated within 7 business days of receipt
- Item in original condition (unworn, unaltered, undamaged*)
- Item has all original tags attached
Items not eligible for return include:
- All items marked Final Sale
- Any items that have been engraved
- All sample sale purchases
- All special orders
All returns are processed within 3 - 7 business days upon receipt of product minus $12 in shipping. Shipping fees are waived for exchanges.
Adina Reyter reserves the right to deny a return or refund.
*In the rare instance that your product arrives in less than perfect condition, of course you may send it back to us.

Shipping and Handling charges for returned merchandise will be refunded if we have made an error. Otherwise a non-refundable $12 return fee will apply.
International customers may return items by any trackable method at their own expense within 7 days of receipt. Please note that shipping, customs, duties, and other taxes are not refundable on international orders. Please be sure to follow the steps below to initiate a return:
1. Email hello@adinareyter.com with the purchaser's name and order number within 7 business days of receiving your item.
2. Once approved for a return or exchange, you will receive an email with a return authorization number, international shipping documents, instructions on how to pack your item, and a quote for a flat rate return shipping fee. We will not accept packages without a return authorization or the required paperwork. Additionally, all returns MUST be shipped out within 7 days of receiving your authorization Number.
3. Please provide tracking information to hello@adinareyter.com
Your refund or gift card will be issued once we receive and approve your return.
Please note that shipping, customs, duties, and other taxes are not refundable on international orders. The designated return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total.
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it or receive store credit in the form of a gift card as long as the item meets the returns criteria listed in the return policy section.

Adina Reyter offers repairs for jewelry purchased within one year*. We will cover all costs of repair if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect within the first year.** If the damage is due to customer handling, a repair fee may be incurred. Repairs are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and additional charges may apply. Allow 4 - 6 weeks for all repairs.
To initiate a repair, please follow the steps below:
1. Email hello@adinareyter.com noting the reason for your repair and the name of the purchaser. A customer service representative will contact you within 2 business days.
2. If approved, you will receive an email with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for shipping your repair. A repair form must be included in your package.
3. Once your repair is complete, a customer care representative will provide you with a tracking number for your shipment. Please note a $12 shipping fee will apply.
*If your jewelry was purchased through one of our approved retailers and is damaged within one year of purchase, please contact the retailer to coordinate the repair.
**Please do not resize our rings as it may compromise the setting. If you do have a ring resized, we are not responsible for any damages caused to the ring.
