Returns
Every Adina Reyter fine jewelry piece is thoughtfully designed, meant to be collected and treasured forever.
If you would like to exchange or return your item you may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery. All returns must arrive unworn, tagged, and in their original packaging. To begin the process, please visit our Return Portal.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 5 to 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return, less shipping and handling fees. Items returned in less than perfect condition may incur a 15% restocking fee.
Sale pieces, engraved items, special orders, and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
For delicate chains, you must put them in a small Ziploc bag with the clasp slightly outside to help prevent tangling in transit. Please note that severely tangled items may incur an additional fee.
Please send all returns or exchanges in their original packaging to avoid damage or loss of your item. Adina Reyter is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Adina Reyter reserves the right to deny any return or refund and may update policies at any time.
Returns for Store Credit
Store credit requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
Once your return has been processed, a gift code will be sent via email within 5 to 7 business days.
International Returns
All international purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
Repairs
We are pleased to offer repairs on Adina Reyter fine jewelry purchased exclusively through our website within 6 months of the original purchase date.
Repairs are complimentary if the damage is determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect within the first six months.
If the damage is due to wear, accident, or customer handling, a repair fee will apply. All repairs are carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any additional charges will be communicated prior to proceeding. Please allow 6–8 weeks for your repair to be completed.
If your piece was purchased through one of our authorized retailers and is damaged within 6 months, please contact the retailer directly to coordinate your repair at their discretion.
To request a repair:
- Initiate a warranty claim through our Returns Portal (only if the order is within the 6 month period)
- If your repair is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you.
Please note: Archive Sale items are not eligible for repair.
